BUGATTI president Wolfgang Dürheimer recently revealed that there were only eight Veyrons left and it now appears that all the cars have been sold.He also went on to state that the company will celebrate the 450th and final Veyron at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
He further added that the final car will be built within this year. Bugatti are doing their best to keep details under wraps but the president did hint it could take some time before the acclaimed hypercar is succeded.He then related the process to creating a work of art, which as many artists and collectors know, can’t be rushed. He then further mentioned that the successor will have to be better than its predecessor in every way and make the best even better.
Presently, the Veyron hold some acclaim thanks to its 8.0-litre quad-turbocharged W16 engine that generates 1,184hp in Super Sport form. It also holds the world record at being the fastest production car in history with its capability to hit speeds in excess of 400km/h.
