click to zoomUMW Toyota has announced the availability of yet another updated model for this year. This time around, the firm has introduced the refreshed Toyota Fortuner SUV model for 2015. Exterior-wise, the new 2015 Toyota Fortuner boasts a pair of redesigned headlamps and sportier-looking rear combination lamps with a new dark bezel.
Completing the facelift are a set of new Daytime Running Lights (DRL) integrated in the SUV's front bumper, plus two newly added paint scheme options. On board, the Fortuner's optional features list has been enhanced with several new features.
Firstly, buyers can now opt for a new seven-inch DVD-AVN infotainment unit that boasts internet connectivity, reverse camera, navigation, voice recognition, plus HDMI mirror-link and Bluetooth smartphone connectivity functions, priced at RM2,290.
Next comes the offer of optional rear seat entertainment system, comprised of a ceilingmounted monitor with integrated DVD player, priced at RM1,500 for the monitor alone or RM1,800 with DVDplayback capability. Lastly, buyers can also opt to purchase a portable tyre pump for an additional RM200.
Like its predecessor, four variants are available and is comprised of the dieselpowered 2.5G, 2.5G TRDSportivo, and 2.7V TRD Sportivo, as well as single petrolpowered 2.7V variants. Prices range between RM172,122.20 and RM179,841.30. All prices includes UMW Toyota's offer of a three-year or 100,000km warranty plan.
